The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the casino and within walking distance of Darling Harbour and the city. This makes it easy to explore the attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. parking is readily available across the road, making it hassle-free for guests with vehicles.
The lack of privacy in the bathrooms, along with the windows that couldn't be opened, might make some guests uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the quick and efficient check-in process was a bonus. The room, although small, was well-designed and had everything I needed. It was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds. The shower was excellent, and the room had plenty of electrical sockets. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and all the attractions of the city. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and location were great.

The location was perfect for exploring Pyrmont and the nearby Harbour. The room was clean and tidy, with all the essentials provided. I particularly appreciated the easy contactless check-in and check-out process. The value for money was really good, and I highly recommend this hotel. it was a great experience.

One minor issue was the lack of clear instructions on how to get to the hotel from the light rail station. Another issue I encountered was the misdirection regarding parking.
